Ilmiö is a talent agency focused on creating more meaningful, human-centred recruitment experiences. The goal of the website was to translate an existing brand identity - rich in illustration and personality - into a clear, functional digital presence that communicated trust, clarity, and approachability.
The project required balancing expressive visual elements with strong structure and usability, while ensuring the site could be easily maintained by the client post-launch.

Working closely with brand designer Janni Valkealahti, I designed a website that brought the brand’s visual language to life while supporting Ilmiö’s messaging and user flows.
Starting from UX and wireframes, I developed a clear page structure and content hierarchy before moving into high-fidelity UI design in Figma. The final site was built entirely in Webflow, with a focus on responsiveness, scalability, and ease of handover.
• Designed UX flows and wireframes to support clear storytelling and navigation
• Translated brand identity and illustrations into a cohesive, responsive UI system
• Built and implemented the full website in Webflow
• Set up reusable components and styles for future scalability
• Delivered client handover and training, enabling independent content updates

The finished website successfully brought Ilmiö’s brand to life online, combining expressive visuals with a clean, intuitive structure. The Webflow build allowed for a smooth handover, empowering the client to manage and evolve the site independently after launch.
